The amount to sell is not available at the common market. The discount is 1.80 gross/1.40 net USD per barrel. There is a delivery guarantee of a major european bank(top10). This bank has already the original proof of product. If the conditions are fulfilled there would be talks directly at the bank in zurich.
We are expecting a LOI from a major oil trade company to get POP by the seller. After that negotiations can start(dlc;2% p/b). As far as a mediating office will bring the LOI, on behalf of the buyer, that should be combined with a bcl according to the aimed contract. This will be done in accordance with a undersigned and sealed mpfa.
After clearing the chance of success the russian representative of the seller expects to sit with a fully legalized representative of the buyer in the bank to finalize the deal.
